Our Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all our guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to approximately 50% of the service price.
